Interested in ghosts and the paranormal? Want to join in on a paranormal investigation? This is your chance to experience a paranormal investigation at the Odd Fellow's Lodge in Harper's Ferry, West Virginia! You will enjoy 4 hours 8:30 PM to 12:30 AM in the most active areas of the building learning and enjoying a hands on paranormal investigation. All ticket holders must be 18 years or older or 12 years with a parent/guardian present. Bring your own equipment and experience a hauntingly good time! Limited tickets will be sold, get yours today! Restrictions Apply.* Tickets are non-refundable and all proceeds go to the Odd Fellows, Virginia Lodge #1, for the preservation of their historic building. Odd Fellow's Lodge
Built in the 1830's the current home of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows in Harper's Ferry was originally built as a residence for armory workers. While the I.O.O.F. has owned it for most of it's existence the building was occupied by Union troops during the civil war, was said to be used as a provost marshal's jail and during the summer of 1862 Matthew Brady studios used the building as a background for many photographs of the elite 22nd New York State Militia regiment. After the war ended Virginia Lodge No. 1 I.O.O.F. petitioned to utilize armory building 23 at Camp Hill since their original building was destroyed during the course of the conflict. Interested in ghosts and the history of Harpers Ferry? This is your chance to experience a real haunted building at the Odd Fellow's Lodge in Harper's Ferry, West Virginia IN THE DARK! You will enjoy an hour of the ghostly tales of an almost 190 year old building. Choose your date and time below. All guests must be 10 years or older (*restrictions apply*). All proceeds go to the Odd Fellows, Virginia Lodge #1, for the preservation of their historic building and for their charitable contributions to the community. Tickets will be sold at a first come first serve basis. No holds and based on availability. All individuals attending are required to sign a liability waiver. See below for restrictions.
